In order to innovate the long-term mechanism for the leaders to penetrate into the student party and group branches, to enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of the party and group linkage work, and to actively guide the students to do a good job in career development planning and enhance the competitiveness of employment, on December 4, Secretary Liu Qichuan penetrated into the students‘ party and group branches’ career planning symposium was held in the conference room on the fifth floor of the School of Law successfully. Professor Liu Qichuan, secretary of the Party Committee of the Law School, Judge Cai Fei, member of the Party group and vice president of Nanjing Qinhuai District People's Court, special guest of the symposium, and student representatives from the party branch of LLM, the first branch of LLM without LLM, the first branch of 250231 regiment, and the 23rd LLM regiment, attended the symposium, which was presided over by Ms Fei Qianqian, secretary of the Youth League Committee of the Law School.

At the beginning of the activity, Secretary Liu Qichuan warmly welcomed the arrival of Vice Dean Cai Fei and briefly introduced the rich experience of Vice Dean Cai Fei in academic research and career development planning. Secretary Liu Qichuan said that in the current complex employment situation, the Law School held this symposium, which aims to help students understand the employment direction of the legal profession more comprehensively, clarify career goals, and make full preparation for future career development.

Subsequently, Vice Dean Cai Fei introduced in detail the multiple career directions of the legal profession, and combined with the current social reality, deeply analysed many employment directions from multiple dimensions, such as civil servants, teachers, lawyers, corporate legal affairs and media industry. On this basis, Vice Dean Cai Fei further analysed the current employment situation of the legal profession from both macro and micro perspectives. Finally, Vice Dean Cai Fei emphasised the importance of legal professional qualities such as legal knowledge reserve, legal thinking and legal practical operation ability.

Towards the end, Ms Fei Qianqian expressed her heartfelt thanks to Vice Dean Cai Fei for his wonderful sharing and made a brief summary of this seminar. She said that Vice President Cai Fei, with his profound professional knowledge, unique analytical perspective and vivid way of explaining, effectively answered the many confusions of students in the choice of employment and future development, and provided strong guidance for students to formulate clear and specific academic and career planning.
